You may be wondering what this mouth watering event entails.
A tasting menu is a curated experience through which the diner is guided by the chef and sommelier on a culinary journey demonstrating their skills and creativity. You will savour dishes carefully paired with specific wines that compliment the food.
A four course tasting menu consists of an appetizer, two main dishes, followed by dessert, each accompanied by a complimentary wine.
Your four course tasting menu should be experienced within friends – old and new.
